"I too had a similar experience. At the church my family attends, they decorate their stage with a few large trees and lots of lights. Seeing the trees as I sang during worship, I couldn't help but think of the idolatry of it all. It reminded me of what some Catholic churches look like inside with all the gold and saints in the form of idol statues. It's very disturbing." ...........................anyone else??????
