Shabbat Shalom - Sabbath Peace

It's nearly 10:30PM this evening and it's Sabbath in our home in Stroh, IN. I just wanted to briefly encourage all my brothers and sisters during this time of year that is so vexing for those of us who have come to the understanding that the pagan holidays are not pleasing to our Creator. I know it's difficult. Many in our families think we're crazy. Some even blame us for destroying the family... especially the traditional holiday gathering. But I want to encourage you to continue to stand up for the Truth of HIS Word, unwilling to compromise. But remember that people are not the enemy. We war against powers and principalities, not human beings.

And remember that none of us has the power to save. Only Yeshua does, and HE can only do that when one decides to turn to HIM. It is when they turn to HIM for who HE really is, according to Torah, that Torah is opened up to them, according to Paul as he wrote in 2nd Corinthians 3. When we live the Truth and aren't afraid to give an answer for the hope that lies within (the faith - Torah given once for all) we are witnesses for HIM. Don't grow weary in doing good for in due season, Paul writes, we will reap. Yahweh is a rewarder of those who diligently seek HIM.

I was blessed by a conversation that I had with an old friend today. I believe the LORD is speaking to HIM about Torah and the necessity of coming out of empty tradition that deceives and conceals the Truth that sets one free. I believe that Abba is speaking and there are some who are beginning to hear HIS Voice above the din of man's incessant babbling. May HE silence the voice of men and cause the cloud of confusion to be lifted long enough that those who are truly seeking HIS Truth will hear HIS Voice and choose.

In recent conversations I see that the bondage of lawlessness holds people in the lawless traditions of men, afraid to come out because of the fear of man. May it not be so. Father, expose the lawless traditions and expose the men who propagate them. And, Father, may those who hear YOUR Voice, Your children come out of these abominable, dark practices into the glorious light of YOUR Torah. May they understand that YOUR yoke is easy and YOUR burden is Light. Torah, as Paul and David said, is a delight, is pure, holy, and just. It is Spiritual and is able to save one's soul and good for reproof, correction, doctrine, and to make one complete for every good work.

Good works are a result of grace through faith. Paul and James agree that works proves faith. For we are HIS workmanship, created in Messiah Yeshua for good works, that HE prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Loving Messiah and wanting to obey HIS commandments is not bondage and will not cause one to fall from grace. Loving Messiah and wanting to obey HIS commandments is because of grace! Grace is the dunamis power of the Almighty given to those who are raised into newness of life, just as Yeshua was raised from the dead by the Father.

So do not get so weary that you throw up your hands and give up. Rest in HIS Sabbath rest, understanding that it is by HIS grace that we are used by HIM in this good work. Allow HIM to speak to you and strengthen you, and allow your brothers and sisters to be used by HIM to build you up and you allow HIM to use you likewise.

Shabbat Shalom my wonderful family all over the world. HE knows our name, HE is our Father, our Brother, our Bridegroom, our all in all. May HE be honored and lifted up because HE is worthy of our praise. Bless HIS Name!!!!!
